As a certified Transformational Breath Facilitator, my mission is to help you unlock the incredible healing power of your breath. I firmly believe that love, trust, communication, community, and integrity are the cornerstones of a fulfilling life. By incorporating these values into my practice, I support you in improving your mental, physical, and emotional well-being through the power of breath.

Together, we will work on healing past traumas and dismantling limiting beliefs, as well as regulating your nervous system. This journey will enable you to live a life you truly love, while discovering your inner strength and courage.

What is breathwork?

Somatic breathwork is a therapeutic practice that combines conscious breathing techniques with body awareness to promote healing, personal growth, and self-awareness. The term "somatic" refers to the body and its sensory experiences, emphasizing the connection between the mind and the physical body.

Join VibeHigh Breathwork for a 1 hour transformational breathwork journey. Feel the benefits of what somatic breathwork can do. Let go of trauma, release grief, fear and much much more. Janine Iuliano will be your breathwork facilitator, helping to guide you through this powerful meditative process. Transformational breathwork allows the "monkey mind" to shut down and allows you to tap into subconscious rewiring and renewal.


Following your breathwork journey which will last 40-45min Janine will have you to "come back" and rest for an additional 15-30min to allow time for your conscious mind to process your journey.
